Uncharted Recreation offers 6 service bays to help tackle your RV repair and service needs. We are happy to provide top-notch service and a friendly staff to get your RV back on the road as quickly as possible. Uncharted Recreation Service will always put the customer first and repair as much as possible in a timely and efficient manner. Any service rendered that does not fall under manufacturer or extended warranty will incur a starting diagnosis fee of $165. Note that the warranty only covers defects for specific periods of time based on each specific manufacturer.
Examples of maintenance items that would not be considered warrantable or covered through extended warranty:
-Sealant and Dicor getting aged and/or splitting
-Bearing repack and seals
-Winterization and Summerizations
-Slide maintenance, adjustments, and cleaning.
-Tongue jack or stabilizer jack maintenance, adjustment, and cleaning.
-Appliance maintenance and cleaning.
-All service is based on prior scheduled appointments only; this drop-off process takes around 30mins.
-Service appointments are to meet with one of our Service team and go over any repairs required, as well as demonstrating or further documentation of what is to be repaired.
This is not the day your unit will be worked on, unless otherwise arranged during your appointment setting.
-All drop-offs will be required to sign their prepared Work-Order before leaving to ensure clarity of repairs expected
-For any service work performed that requires parts ordering Uncharted Recreation will gather a credit card authorization form prior to work starting.
The expectation is to have the parts and job fully approved, ordered, completed within 6 months of repair date. If attempts are made to schedule the repair and the unit does not return for completion, Uncharted Recreation reserves the right to charge the customer for the parts plus any freight charges. Uncharted will keep the parts stocked for an additional 90 days before discarding.
